These Terms govern all purchases made on cosylift.co.uk (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products and Availability
We sell the CosyLift electric slatted frame and related accessories.
All descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith; minor deviations or technical improvements may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Payment is handled securely through Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later / Pay in 3) and bank transfer.
Your payment data are processed exclusively by Mollie over an encrypted connection.
4. Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
A binding contract arises once we confirm dispatch of the goods.
We reserve the right to reject orders for valid reasons (e.g. out of stock, pricing error).
5. Delivery and Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled by Amazon Logistics (Fulfilment by Amazon – FBA) on our behalf.
Delivery within the United Kingdom normally takes 2 – 5 working days after confirmation.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, notify us by email to info@cosyworld.com before the deadline.
You may use this optional wording:
“I hereby cancel my contract for the purchase of , ordered on [date], received on [date].”
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email.
7. Returns Process and Refunds
After cancellation, please return the goods within 14 days to the address provided in our return instructions.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging where possible.
You bear the cost of return shipping, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used for purchase.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
8. Defects and Warranty
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Products are covered by a two-year legal warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If a fault arises, contact info@cosyworld.com with your order number and description of the issue.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage only where caused by intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury or breach of essential contractual duties.
In no case shall our liability exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments are handled by Mollie, and deliveries by Amazon Logistics (FBA).
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by UK law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
